this is just a page for books i have read and some things i thought about them or whatever
(reread) this book is so well written i almost hate it
(reread) still as heartbreaking as i remember. some of it makes me sick to my stomach to think about. i think a lot of it was a love story
honestly, this book is proof that most of the time, writing does not come easily to scientists
about a family who breaks because they love their home, and a boy who calls the fish home with his trucks and a girl who aches to prove that the world is big enough for good things.
this book is just devastating jfc
in the end, everyone only has one before and after (before you, after you; before that day, after that day)
damn it barbara, you made me cry again. i am so lucky to love and be loved the way i do and am. also, missionaries can go drown.
a man and his sheep. tells you the moral straight out which is nice because you don't have to go looking through a bunch of bs hiding it to figure it out.
nobody learns to live and love and be brave and be somebody from the dead. i hate this book a little because it makes me cry like an infant. otherwise, it is one of the best books ever written.
